This online class is delivered by a live instructor and is specifically designed to teach sales leaders, such a managers and directors, the best ways to manage a team well using Salesforce. The instructor will focus on Kanban Boards, important reports, and other key features a sales leader can use to immediately increase effectiveness of Salesforce as a sales team accelerator.
The instructor will focus on the key pages in Lightning optimized for sales leaders. The focus will be on the features of Lightning that help sales leaders focus on their team members' deals that may need attention and the team members who may need attention!
A participant in this class will learn the basics of reviewing a team pipeline, creating and working with a Kanban Board, and utilizing reports to get valuable information in the Lightning experience. In addition, the instructor will show participants tools to review individual team member progress to identify coaching opportunities and build a plan to win. Finally, the participant will learn how to leverage these tools and understand how they seamlessly translate to the Salesforce Mobile App.
Each participant will be given a practice learning environment to participate in hands-on exercises during the class. The participant will be able to use that learning environment indefinitely after the class without any additional fee.
