Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Front-End developer with a good understanding of full-cycle web development and passion for great design, user experience and site usability to join our team. A successful candidate will possess fluency with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. As a Front-End developer, you must have passion and experience for building responsive, elegant and engaging experiences with future friendly web technologies. You will work closely with designers to take wireframes from conception to implementation and design and improve user interfaces. You will also work in Node.js, AWS, REST and frameworks such as React. This position is 100% remote with flexible work hours.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, code and test innovative applications, and support those applications for our highly valued customers
- Ensuring web and coding standards and enforcing standards, when applicable
- Work with our back-end developers to leverage data to create amazing front end applications
- Collaborate with team members on best practices for front end
- Think of game changing ideas and improve our development processes
Required Skills:
- Must have experience in Website development, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques.
- 1-4 years of experience in a web development environment
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with AWS, Node.js, React Framework, and REST.
- A portfolio with your work would be a plus.
- Curiosity for learning new technologies and methods
