The roles will have two primary functions – Salesforce Administrator and Email Specialist for the field sales team. As a salesforce administrator you will assist with the development, support, and enhancement of our platform. As an email specialist, you will work closely with our field sales team to create and schedule, multiple weekly email blasts to leads and contacts. The ideal candidate for the role will be highly experience in Salesforce and accustomed to working with field sales or sales operations teams. As lead generation will be a major focus for the role, managing email marketing campaigns for our field sales teams will be equally as important.
Looking for someone that has the following qualifications:
- BA/BS (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years Salesforce administration
- Email marketing experience with MailChimp, Constant Contact or similar platform
- Comfortable learning new programs
- Great communication skills will be very important for this role
- Experience with Marketo is a plus
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Impeccable project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage between different teams (sales, marketing, finance, IT) and personality types
