Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Delivery Manager, Data and Analytics will be responsible for growing capabilities in the HLS ecosystem to include Mulesoft implementation services. They are also accountable for management of the team that executes any Data Management, Data Integration, Data Mapping, and Analytics deliverables within our implementations. This includes ensuring the team maintains a 75%+ utilization (including the manager), produces on-time & high-quality deliverables through coaching & management.

REQUIREMENTS

What You Must Do To Be Successful In This Position:

  • Complete Quarterly Conversations with each direct report four times a year
  • Ensure team maintains an average utilization of 75%+ and an average CSAT score of 8.5 or above
  • Ensure team is within 5% of project forecasts as defined weekly, with any externalities forcing updates communicated proactively through appropriate channels
  • Within three months, our data & analytics team follows Implementation Services Core Processes consistently across all engagements
  • Within three months collaborates with Pre-Sales SAs, architects on the data & analytics team to define Mulesoft use cases we can bring to market, understand what delivery capabilities & processes would be required to execute, and partners with revenue to ensure we are able to sell those use cases
  • Within one month becomes Mulesoft Certified
  • Complete quarterly improvement initiatives toward achievement of annual goals

What Skills & Experiences We’d Like You To Have:

  • 1-2 management years overseeing team of at least 3
  • Mulesoft Certification
  • Experience in both Agile & Waterfall project methodologies
  • Experience in setting team and department goals that align to the company goals
  • Experience in Project Management and/or consulting at a Salesforce Consulting company
  • Must be self-directed and thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial culture
  • A wide degree of flexibility and latitude is expected
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Patience and understanding
  • Ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests
  • Passionate about consulting & the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Supports & grows customer advocacy culture within the Salesforce HLS Practice
