High Performance Sales Using Salesforce & Google

Course Overview

This class is for sales teams who want to improve their sales effectiveness using Salesforce and Google to their full-potential while increasing efficiency and reducing wasted time.  Participants in the class will learn how to configure and use Gmail and Google Docs for optimal efficiency and time management, leverage Salesforce Inbox for Gmail to manage Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Activities and utilize Salesforce to effectively manage their Leads, Opportunities, Sales Pipeline and Forecast.

For this class to be effective, the customer must be utilizing Google Suite and Salesforce with Salesforce Inbox enabled.  To ensure success, customer orgs must be configured correctly, so time is allocated prior to this class for our instructor or consultant to make the necessary changes to the customer’s environment.  The instructor will also need to spend time with sales leaders to be able to tailor the class to best fit the customer’s existing business processes.  

This class is taught by an actual sales professional with many years of real world experience as a Sales Person utilizing both Gmail and Salesforce.

Prerequisites

Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite, including Gmail
