Salesforce Agentforce Specialist

Course Overview

This class teaches students how to build personalized, intelligent solutions with Agentforce and generative AI. In the Building Salesforce AI Solutions class, students will learn how to create grounded prompts in Prompt Builder, custom agent actions with Agent Builder, and work with Model Builder to create foundational models using hyperparameters.  Participants will also configure and utilize the Einstein Trust Layer to use audit AI solutions and ensure they are being delivered safely.  Students will also work with Sales AI and Customer Service AI features, including, but not limited to,  Sales Summaries, Sales Emails, Service Replies, and Work Summaries. 

Following this course, participants should be prepared to participate as team members on Salesforce projects that utilize AI.  In addition, they will be exposed to all the material that they will be tested on during the Salesforce Certified AI Specialist exam.  

 This class will consist of lectures, discussion, demonstrations and hands-on exercises.  A senior instructor with many years of real-world consulting experience will deliver the course.

• Experienced Salesforce technologies interested in learning how to implement generative AI and Agentforce within Salesforce.
• Experienced Salesforce technologies preparing for the Salesforce Certified AI Specialist exam

Recommended Prerequisites

• Salesforce Certified AI Associate or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or equivalent experience
