The Salesforce Field Service Lightning course teaches students Salesforce Field Service Lightning and helps prepare students for the Field Service Consultant exam. The course will explore all the functionality of Salesforce Field Service Lightning and teach students how to implement and configure Field Service Lightning. This course is an alternative to the Implement Salesforce Field Service (FSL201) class offered by Salesforce.
This course is delivered in a workshop structure and is delivered by a senior instructor with many years of real world consulting experience

Who Should Take This Class
- Individuals with 1 to 3 years experience with Salesforce in the role of Administrator, Business Analyst, Consultant, Delivery Manager, or Project or Program Manager

Prerequisites (Required):
- Certified Salesforce Administrator certification, equivalent experience or successful completion of the Salesforce Administrator in Lightning (SP-ADX201) class offered by Stony Point.
Prerequisites (Recommended):
- Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification, equivalent experience or successful completion of the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (SP-CON261) course offered by Stony Point.
