Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

Course Overview

This class introduces students to Salesforce Data Cloud and how it can make customer data actionable.  During this class, participants will learn the fundamentals of modeling, how to collect and ingest data into Data Cloud and how to harmonize that into the Customer 360 Data Model.  They will also be introduced to and configure unified profiles, identity resolution rulesets, match rules, and reconciliation rules.  Students will implement data segments and data actions in conjunction with calculated and streaming insights to create personalized data-driven customer experiences. 

Following this course, participants should be prepared to participate as team members on Salesforce Data Cloud projects.  In addition, they will be exposed to all the material that they will be tested on during the Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant exam.  

 This class will consist of lectures, discussion, demonstrations and hands-on exercises.  A senior instructor with many years of real-world consulting experience will deliver the course.

Recommended Prerequisites

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent experience
