Salesforce Automation Using Flow
(SP-ADX301)

This course teaches participants how to build basic and moderately complex, no-code and low-code automations using Salesforce Flow and serves as an alternative to the Salesforce® Automate No-Code Solutions Using Flow (ADX301) course. It is intended for Salesforce Administrators who have little or some experience with Flow and wish to develop their skills further.

The course is delivered live and online and includes hands-on activities. Participants receive a copy of the class slides and a step-by-step guide for building Flows. Each student works in a new Developer Org running the latest release.

On the final day of class,  students are presented with typical business scenarios and independently build Flows. The class then reviews and discusses these solutions together. This session provides an opportunity for students to apply what they have learned throughout the week by creating Flows based solely on business requirements. 

This course is recommended for individuals with experience administering and configuring Salesforce who want to become proficient with Salesforce Flow.

Prerequisites (Required):

• Certified Salesforce Administrator certification, equivalent experience or successful completion of the Salesforce Administrator in Lightning (SP-ADX201) class offered by Stony Point.

Prerequisites (Recommended):

• Certified Platform App Builder certification, equivalent experience or successful completion of the Salesforce Platform App Builder (SP-DEX403) class offered by Stony Point.
