What are Salesforce Help Sessions?
A Salesforce Help Session is a 25-minute meeting with one of our world class instructors to help you with Salesforce.
During your session, the instructor can answer questions, provide guidance and advice, help you prepare for a Salesforce certification exam and even help you solve real world problems.
If it's difficult to find time during your day to meet with an instructor, you may be able to schedule a session after hours. You can also use one of your Help Sessions to get answers to your questions from one of our instructors.

If you want to do configuration or development work yourself, you can get expert advice as you need it, with no long term contracts or minimum number of sessions.

How Do Help Sessions Work?
When you purchase a Help Session or Help Sessions, you will receive a code to use when scheduling a session.
You will then login to our Help Session Scheduling page and enter your code and email.
After that, you pick the topic or class you want help with.
You will see a list of instructors who can help you, and you can then either email them or schedule a time to meet.

We can help you with most topics related to Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Einstein & Copado. We can also help you with any of the material from any of our more than 30 Salesforce classes. You can see a complete list of classes on our Salesforce Training page.
A Help Session is a consultative session, but we will not make any changes to your instance of Salesforce during a Help Session. Stony Point does offer Recruiting & Staffing services, so we can help you find someone to help you with the work.
Your questions will be answered by one of our instructors with expertise in the area you need help with.

Yes, you can effectively have a longer Help Session by scheduling back to back Help Sessions. The back to back sessions would be a total of 50 minutes and you would be charged for using 2 Help Sessions. If you would like to schedule longer sessions, you can work directly with an instructor to schedule them or contact your account executive.
You can have up to five (5) total people attend a Help Session.
Yes. Help Sessions may be shared between people and companies. If you want to share your Help Sessions with others, please contact your Account Executive.
We have instructors in multiple time zones. Most of our instructors are in the United States, so they are generally available Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Eastern time. Many of our instructors are also available after hours and on weekends, so you should check their schedules online to see if you can find a time that works best for you.
Help Sessions expire 1 year from the date of purchase. If you have Help Sessions as part of your Class Pass, Help Sessions expire on the same date your Class Pass expires.
